- Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs. (RETAIL & HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY)
- Have experience in Furniture Designing
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
- Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD ,BIM.
- Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
- Technical design (Material knowledge,BOM, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
- Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
- Holds project expertise in Creating BOQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
- Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
- Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
- Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline
- 5-10 years’ experience in handling multiple RETAIL OR HOSPITALITY projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge.
- Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture and mixed use preferred with portfolio
- Project management experience and should creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max or similar design software.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
