Sr. Associate - Corporate Treasury

The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and experienced Treasury Associate.

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Coimbatore office. The Corporate Card Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's corporate credit card program. This includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting cardholders, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing program efficiency .

Education:

• Bachelor/master’s in accounting with a concentration in Finance
  

Experience:

• Experience in Banking, Treasury, or Finance-related roles.
  
• Prior Global Card Management will be preferred
  
• Strong understanding of Corporate Cards, accounting concepts and Treasury processes
  
• Knowledge of International Card Programs and Banking practices
  

How you will thrive and create an impact

• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the corporate card holders
  
• Administer all aspects of the corporate card program including issuance, cancellation, and maintenance of cards
  
• Regular follow-up on past due transactions to ensure expenses are coded and paid on time
  
• Monitor card usage and ensure compliance with company policies
  
• Manage applications supporting card program (GCMS / Workday Expense Reporting).
  
• Monitor daily decline transactions of cardholders and ensure their transactions goes thorough without any discrepancies and report any fraudulent attempt
  
• Identify and report fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  
• Support monthly and Quarterly book closures for Corporate Cards.
  
• Generate and analyze reports on card usage, spend trends, and compliance metrics.
