Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced BAMS, MD Ayurveda Doctor with a proven track record in managing a team of doctors, improving patient conversion rates by over 50%, and driving revenue growth. This is a target-oriented role that includes performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will oversee clinic operations, training, patient engagement, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Team Management

â— Lead and manage a team of Ayurvedic doctors across multiple clinics.

â— Train doctors and staff on patient consultation techniques, treatment protocols, and

conversion strategies.

â— Oversee daily and monthly clinical reports, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

â— Monitor patient experience and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and

retention. Performance & Revenue Growth

â— Set and achieve patient conversion and revenue targets.

â— Continuously improve consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.

â— Implement strategic plans to boost clinic performance and revenue generation.

Training & Development

â— Develop training modules and visual aids for doctors and sales staff.

â— Conduct periodic CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and doctor

meetups.

â— Provide mentorship and skill enhancement sessions for clinic teams.

Research & Knowledge Sharing

â— Represent the clinic in conferences and seminars, delivering presentations.

â— Publish research papers in reputed Ayurveda and medical journals.

â— Stay updated on emerging Ayurvedic practices and integrate them into treatments.

Operational Oversight

â— Ensure the availability and supply management of Ayurvedic medicines.

â— Track and analyze clinic performance reports.

â— Coordinate with different departments for seamless clinic operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

â— BAMS, MD (Ayurveda) with 5-10 years of experience in a corporate clinic setting.

â— Strong leadership and team management skills.

â— Expertise in patient consultation, treatment planning, and conversion improvement.

â— Ability to develop and conduct training programs.

â— Experience in organizing CMEs, conferences, and research presentations.

â— Business-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
