- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms
- Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with potential clients
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Freelance Platform Knowledge: Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, etc.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, web development
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Sales & Negotiation: Ability to convert leads into successful deals
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
