We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Estimation Engineer to lead and manage the estimation process for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and market rates to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. The Sr. Estimation Engineer will also guide junior engineers, support cost optimization, and ensure the company’s projects are financially viable from planning to execution.- Project Costing & Estimation:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, finishing, MEP, and interior works.
- Review and analyze drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Develop project budgets and track costs against estimates.
- Identify areas for cost-saving and value engineering.
- Support management in decision-making for cost optimization.
- Tendering & Contracts:
- Prepare tender documents, RFQs, and bid evaluations.
- Analyze contractor/vendor quotations and negotiate rates.
- Support contract finalization with commercial and technical clarity.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, procurement, and project teams.
- Provide inputs to design team on cost feasibility and alternatives.
- Maintain estimation records, databases, and MIS reports.
- Leadership & Mentoring:
- Guide and mentor junior estimation/billing engineers.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all estimation work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
