Role: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Corporate Development, CEO’s office

As the Corporate Development Personnel in the CEO’s Office, you will be a key driver of our corporate strategy, acting as an energetic and impactful force behind our most critical initiatives. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to lead projects that fuel both organic and inorganic growth, while also optimizing business performance. You will be instrumental in translating strategic vision into actionable plans and executing them with precision.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and present diligent financial models (group level, company level, entity level, division level, etc.), forecasting,


  • Prepare and present excellent business presentations, pitchbooks, based on Industry and competition research.


  • Ensure an effective and actionable, MIS and analytics for assigned business areas/entities with implementation focus


  • Effectively work with full spectrum of stakeholders (including business heads; customer side senior colleagues) and colleagues in F&A, Information Security, Admin and HR teams across the Molecular Connections organization and group entities to generate effective data as well to implement appropriate solutions.


  • Ensure customer compliances (to begin with focusing on large / important/ new customers) on various aspects of information security, business resilience, ESG and related areas.


  • Identify and suggest significant cost efficiency and revenue growth projects for CEO’s office, in partnership with various senior stakeholders.


  • Proactively work with and support business management of current and future new businesses (focusing on integration, synergies, revenue acceleration and other organization level synergies)


  • Support RFPs/MSAs/SoWs for Customer projects with finance and business insights; onboarding with the customer organizations, customer documentation, customer mandated compliances etc


  • Ensure appropriate and cost-effective establishment and usage of capacities across Tier-2/3 towns in south India.


Overall, work with the CEO and senior management in a hands-on, proactive and effective manner.

Skills and Track-Record Required:


  • Education: MBA Finance (preferably from reputed institutions in Bangalore and/or CA/Inter with B.Com.


  • Should be currently located in Bangalore or be able to shift to Bangalore without constraints.


  • Preference will be given to immediate joiners.


  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (CEO’s office) with a mid-to-large sized third party KPO/software services/analytics/equity research/IB organizations and/or with a reputed investment bank with hands on pitch book and financial modelling experience. Highly energetic, enthusiastic and visible result orientation approach is required to achieve the goals of this role.


  • Excellent in developing from scratch written and oral presentations (hands-on); with the required level of polish to deal with senior stakeholders within the company and to external audience. Investment Banking experience in preparing pitch books is required.


  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing usable and active MIS driven Excel models on both cost and revenue areas relevant to various areas of organization.


  • Preferably, should have working experience in handling costs and revenue management initiative spanning multiple geographies (UK,EU, India, USA) with focus on realizing ODC/GCC synergies.


  • Ability and willingness to work hands-on, work hard, work long, independently and able to handle business pressures for the benefit of the organization.


  • Sincere commitment to the professional career and the energy to work towards the company’s growth objectives.


  • Ability to research, understand and work with AI/ML/advanced work flow technologies for the benefit of supporting business decisions.


  • Understanding in handling large offshore / GCC transition projects for third party clients a great asset. Company and group level financial modelling, forecasting is required.


  • Understanding of multi-country-geography financial accounting, F&A processes and compliances/regulatory aspects is an advantage.
