As a Senior Finance Executive, you'll play a vital role in handling the financial backbone of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage accounts payable & receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate general ledger entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Help in budget planning and monitor actual performance vs. forecast.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other regulatory returns.
- Inventory Management: Prepare and maintain accurate stock and inventory reconciliation reports.
- Audit & Internal Controls: Support both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor company cash flows, manage liquidity, and oversee OD/CC accounts.
- Process Improvement: Implement and strengthen financial controls to improve efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions as needed.
- Business Support: Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts
- Proven experience managing Overdraft (OD) and Cash Credit (CC) facilities.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and preparation of stock reports.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
