- Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production Target Keep Machines records
- Man Management along with Assembly/Paint shop/Boring/CNC & other related Teams
- Should maintain the confidentially matters.
- Should improve and maintain the discipline in the factory
- Should maintain the store management in proper way.
- Do the estimation of raw materials.
- Vendor Development.
- Follow up with the vendors for the raw material.
- Do the proper documentation of excise, bills, challans etc.
- Monitor product standards
- Set and meet production goals.
