- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with professionalism.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and benefits.
- Negotiate sales prices, finalize deals, and process necessary paperwork.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor models, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
