We are seeking for the experienced and skilled Sr. Sales Executive for the
Tinsukia or Dibrugarh location . If some one is interested you kindly go through with the JD mentioned down below.Candidate must have experienced in the field of Building Materials such as Sanitary, Plumbing, Hardware or Electrical items. Candidates Should have their Vehicle & be willing to travel.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through client visits, cold calling, networking, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Meet distributors and primary dealers on a regular basis.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Deliver clear and effective product presentations and demonstrations.
- Track competitors and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Submit accurate sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
- Achieve monthly primary sales targets through distributors.
- Drive secondary sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely payment collection as per monthly targets.
- Guide and manage the on-roll sales team for consistent performance.
- Conduct weekly sales team meetings for planning and review.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Effective presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Good market awareness and competitor analysis.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,854.97 - ₹30,000.81 per month
