E-commerce Sales Executives to join our team.- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally.
- Drive sales through promotional campaigns, discounts, and online strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Support digital marketing team in driving traffic and conversions on e-commerce portals.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
- Note: Candidates who are pursuing studies will not be considered.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
