• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock-taking, process goods receipts, issues, and returns, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean and well-organized, manage cash registers and financial transactions, and train and supervise store staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare necessary documents like Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Return Notes (MRN), and generate various store reports.
  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technical specifications to better serve customers and manage inventory effectively.
