Store Keeper (Windows & Facade)

To manage and control all materials, tools, and equipment at the project site, ensuring timely issuance, accurate stock records, and proper storage of faà§ade-related items such as aluminium profiles, glass panels, hardware, etc.

• Material Receipt & Verification:
  
• Receive materials at the site and cross-check with the Delivery Challan and Purchase Order.
  
• Inspect the quantity and condition of materials like aluminium sections, glass, gaskets, fasteners, etc.
  
• Raise Material Receipt Notes (MRN) and inform the concerned team of any damages or discrepancies.
  
• Storage & Stock Management:
  
• Ensure systematic storage of materials to avoid damage, especially glass and aluminium profiles.
  
• Label and tag materials clearly for easy identification.
  
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as per site requirements.
  
• Issuance of Materials:
  
• Issue materials to site engineers/supervisors based on approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
  
• Maintain daily issuance records and update manual registers or ERP systems.
  
• Track consumption location-wise (block/floor/zone).
  
• Inventory Records:
  
• Keep updated stock registers (manual or digital).
  
• Conduct weekly/monthly stock audits and report discrepancies.
  
• Send regular stock reports to the head office or central stores team.
  
• Tool & Equipment Management:
  
• Issue and track return of tools, ladders, scaffolding, and consumables.
  
• Maintain service records for reusable tools and arrange for repairs or replacement as needed.
  
• Coordination:
  
• Coordinate with the project team, purchase department, and vendors for timely material delivery.
  
• Support site execution teams with material availability planning.
  
• Site Safety & Compliance:
  
• Follow all site safety norms during unloading, storing, and handling.
  
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the store area and secure storage for costly items.
  

• Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline)
  
• Experience: 2�4 years in faà§ade/aluminium/windows project sites
  
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with aluminium systems, glazing items, and handling fragile materials
  
• Software Skills: Basic Excel; knowledge of ERP/store software is a plus
  
• Other Skills: Accuracy in documentation, disciplined, safety-conscious
