Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Department Manager Home & Personal Care to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience in this key category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Home & Personal Care department, ensuring attractive merchandising and stock availability.
- Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets.
- Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and coordinate replenishment.
- Lead, train, and motivate the department team for top performance.
- Build strong vendor relations and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3/5 years of experience in retail/FMCG, ideally in Home & Personal Care not mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage teams and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
