We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to manage our 200sq ft kiosk at Viviana Mall, Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 3 promoters, driving sales growth, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring seamless kiosk operations.
- Manage and supervise a team of 3 promoters to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promoting products, and building strong customer relationships
- Handle big enquiries, negotiate sales, and close deals
- Ensure promoter attendance, punctuality, and adherence to kiosk policies
- Manage kiosk operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance
- Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the brand and kiosk through social media and local events
- Maintain a safe and secure kiosk environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a food or beverage industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
