1. Institutional Partnership Development
ï‚· Build and sustain collaborative relationships with schools, colleges, and universities
at the national and international levels.
ï‚· Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential institutional partners in alignment with the
organization’s strategic goals.
ï‚· Serve as the primary liaison between the institution and partner organizations to
ensure long-term engagement and mutual benefit.
ï‚· Plan, coordinate, and execute institutional outreach activities, including seminars,
campus engagement programs, information sessions, and university visits.
ï‚· Represent the organization at education fairs, academic conferences, and
institutional meetings to promote programs and strengthen visibility.
ï‚· Customize engagement strategies to cater to diverse institutional profiles and
student demographics.
ï‚· Work in close collaboration with internal departments such as Admissions, Student
Counselling, Marketing, and Operations to ensure effective partner engagement and
lead conversion.
ï‚· Facilitate knowledge-sharing and feedback loops across departments to enhance
service delivery and institutional satisfaction.
ï‚· Maintain comprehensive records of institutional engagements, event outcomes,
partnership activities, and follow-up actions.
ï‚· Prepare periodic performance reports, impact assessments, and dashboards to
support strategic planning and decision-making.
ï‚· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous
improvement and growth of institutional networks.
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the education sector, with a specific focus on the regional dynamics of Kerala and South India. Leverage both digital and traditional media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Define clear short-term and long-term marketing goals that align with the academy’s student enrolment targets, brand positioning, and overall business growth trajectory.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and student enrollments.
1. Actively recruit students by visiting high schools, colleges, and technical institutions to promote academic programs and opportunities.
2. Represent the institution at educational fairs, information sessions, conferences, and other recruitment events.
3. Develop and implement an individual recruitment plan outlining activities, event participation, communication strategies, and networking opportunities.
4. Build and maintain a database of schools, teachers, administrators, and key contacts for organizing workshops and information sessions.
5. Complete weekly activity reports documenting outreach efforts, student interactions, and recruitment progress.
6. Welcome and engage with prospective students and their families through interviews, campus tours, and follow-up interactions.
7. Conduct phone campaigns, email outreach, and face-to-face meetings to inform applicants about admission procedures, courses offered, and key deadlines.
8. Assist students throughout the admission process by answering queries and helping them complete required documentation.
9. Collaborate with program coordinators to organize presentations, webinars, and campus-based recruitment activities.
10. Maintain performance metrics by converting inquiries into confirmed admissions and achieving set enrolment goals.
11. Coordinate admission-related tasks such as student registration, entrance testing, and documentation.
12. Create and maintain applicant profiles, working collaboratively with fellow counsellors during the review and final approval process.
13. Attend training sessions and professional development programs to stay updated on institutional offerings, services, and educational policy changes.
14. Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage appointments, and conduct information sessions effectively.
15. Maintain a high standard of professionalism by treating colleagues, students, and visitors with courtesy and respect.
16. Follow directions accurately, accept constructive feedback, and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
ï‚· Graduation /MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
ï‚· Fresher or experienced, preferably in EdTech, Higher Education, or B2C domains.
ï‚· Proven track record in brand building and digital growth strategies.
ï‚· Fluent in English; Malayalam proficiency is a strong advantage.
ï‚· Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
ï‚· Hands-on with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
ï‚· Ability to work in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment.Working Conditions & Environment

ï‚· Work Schedule & Your Work-Life Rhythm: You'll work 6 days a week, which will include weekends, allowing for a rewarding and engaging experience. To ensure a healthy work-life balance, you'll have one scheduled day off during the weekdays. If you extend your support on a Sunday, we ensure you receive your weekly off on a weekday.
