- Counsel students about courses, career options, and admission processes.
- Follow up with walk-ins, calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Help students with course modules and ensure a smooth experience.
- Drive student admissions and meet monthly targets.
- Generate new leads and collaborate with schools/colleges.
- Previous experience as an institute or university counselor.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with students and parents.
- Sales or counseling experience is a plus.
- Motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
