What would you do? The Sales Trader Team Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the Sales Trader responsibility of developing and maintaining inside produce account. This role acts as the primary escalation point for complex issues related to Purchase Order Requisition, Fulfillment, price discrepancies, Advanced Shipping Notice and cross-functional coordination with buyers, vendors, sourcing providing guidance and resolution to the team when challenges arise. The Team Lead ensures that team members are aligned with company goals by monitoring performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Team Lead is responsible for driving process optimization and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in write-down processes. . This role also includes coaching and mentoring team members, setting clear goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree required. Equivalent work experience and applicable certifications may be considered as well (Military Service, APICS, CPM, etc.) ? Experience: 8+ years of experience in buying/selling (any industry), contract management, Purchase Order Requisition and Fulfillment. Experience in foodservice or retail systems preferred Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.

Collaborate with cross-functional team buyers, vendors, sourcing to align on priorities ? Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce financial risk ? Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to track write down activity and financial impact ? Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to support team development and engagement ? Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to meet performance metrics ? Support automation initiatives and data integrity efforts to streamline execution and improve visibility
