- Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, Printers, NAS, and monitoring servers like IIS Web Services.
- Expertise in TCP/IP, switching/routing, subnetting, and Wi-Fi.
- Knowledge of AWS to manage infrastructure on public cloud
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Set up and manage employee accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and other services using Active Directory.
- Perform system backup, recovery, and upgrade procedures.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and debug operating systems.
- Automate routine tasks through scripting languages and configuration management tools.
- Ensure all servers, systems, and infrastructure comply with security policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and employees to handle requests and issues.
- Document network architecture, operating procedures, issues, and resolutions.
- Knowledge of database administration, such as SQL Server and MySQL.
- Maintain Inventory of IT and other Equipment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the Windows operating system
- Understanding of network administration, security, and hardware.
- Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
