1. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and conducting regular coaching and training sessions.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Collaborate with management to set sales goals and objectives.
3. Customer Interaction: Assist sales team members in engaging with customers effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and closing sales deals.
4. Sales Process: Oversee the sales process from initial customer contact to closing the sale, ensuring that team members follow best practices and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
5. Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve the product knowledge and sales skills of team members. Ensure that all team members are up-to-date on the latest car models, features, and financing options.
6. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales team performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and individual sales targets. Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve goals.
7. Documentation: Review and approve sales contracts, financing applications, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership policies.
8. Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
