We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Automobile Mentor to train students in vehicle repair and maintenance. The role involves teaching both theory and practical classes, guiding students in workshop activities, and ensuring a safe and disciplined learning environment.- Conduct theory sessions on automobile systems, repair techniques, and maintenance practices.
- Lead practical training sessions in the workshop, demonstrating real-world repair skills.
- Guide students through hands-on projects and troubleshooting exercises.
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed in the workshop.
- Maintain discipline and a professional learning atmosphere.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep workshop tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- 0 –5 years of teaching or industry experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for training-related documentation.
