- Experience coaching and mentoring team members
- Experience in conducting code reviews and creating a collaborative development environment
- Familiarity with design patterns
- Experience designing and developing solutions for Azure/cloud.
- Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and Tools
- Backend programming language & frameworks specifically C#, ASP .NET Core, Node.js
- Web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Familiarity with Mongo or Cosmos DB is a plus.
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
