Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger. - Strong understanding of financial management processes and best practices. - Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
