- Make outbound calls daily to prospects/candidates.
- Explain Lokaci’s services, job roles, and career opportunities.
- Guide candidates through the profile creation process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update reports/CRM.
- Convince candidates to join client salons and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with the HR team and salon partners when required.
- Good communication in English & Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive & target-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience while handling calls.
- Basic understanding of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Fixed Salary: Upto ₹20,000 per month
