Challani Jewellery Mart is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers over the phone to promote our products, services, and special offers, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Make
outbound calls to customers from provided leads/database.Share information about ongoing offers, new collections, and events.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Record customer details and feedback in CRM systems.
Follow-up on leads and inquiries to generate footfalls and conversions.
Maintain daily call logs and reporting.
Minimum 12th pass; any degree preferred.
Good communication skills in
Tamil and basic English.Pleasant tone and customer handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry)
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
