- Make outbound calls to dentists and clinics for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Educate potential clients on aligner products, USPs, and treatment process.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with non-converting leads to improve conversion ratios.
- Act as a bridge between dentists and field sales team, ensuring smooth lead transfer.
- Keep accurate call logs, maintain lead records in Sheets.
- Share dentist queries with Sales Head / MD for quick resolution.
- Support sales events and campaigns with tele-calling follow-up.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of aligner treatments and workflow.
- Ability to build rapport with doctors over calls.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups.
- Fresher or up to 1 year; prior exposure to aligner/dental industry is an advantage.
- Final-year BDS student or graduate preferred; candidates with science/healthcare background also eligible
