We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated
Telecaller Executive to join our finance team. The role involves outbound and inbound calling to potential customers, explaining financial products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for Personal Loans.
- Clearly explain product benefits and features.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of financial products (Personal Loans).
- Proficiency in local language and Hindi/English.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience in the finance industry is preferred.
- Depends on your last drawn salary and experience.
