- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain project details, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients through follow-up calls and updates.
- Update and manage the CRM/lead database with accurate customer information.
- Work closely with the sales team to support property closures.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling / customer service / BPO sales is an advantage.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
