We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The Telecaller will play a vital role in building customer relationships and enhancing business growth.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Explain products/services to customers and generate interest.
- Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up on leads and close sales when possible.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on customer trends.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Target-driven and result-oriented.
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15000 per month (depending on experience).
