The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and client handling skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.- Make outbound telesales calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Promote academic research, thesis writing, and journal publication services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
- Maintain records of calls, interactions, and sales activities.
