Job Description:
Pahun Industries Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide information about the company’s offerings and services.
- Document and report customer feedback to management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi languages.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Basic knowledge of excel, Word.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
