HVAC AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Telesales roles involve proactively contacting potential and existing customers via phone to sell HVAC maintenance services, understanding their system needs, explaining the benefits of an AMC, generating and qualifying leads, processing orders, maintaining customer databases, and supporting field sales efforts by providing qualified prospects and information. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, maintaining detailed sales records, and staying knowledgeable about HVAC products and industry trends. Key Responsibilities.


  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively make outbound calls (cold calls) to identify potential clients and nurture relationships with existing customers.
  • Needs Analysis: Use a consultative approach to understand customers' HVAC system requirements and challenges.
  • Sales and Service Presentation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of HVAC AMC services, such as regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and system lifespan extension.
  • Quotation and Proposals: Prepare service quotations and Annual Maintenance Contract proposals for clients based on their specific needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through lead qualification, proposal presentation, and contract closing.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain updated customer information in a database, record call details, and track sales activities.
  • Database Management: Update customer information, such as contact details and service histories, in the CRM system.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders for AMCs and other services.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products that would benefit the client.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and provide qualified leads.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies within the HVAC sector.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to improve services and products.
