We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate new business, convert leads into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves calling potential customers, promoting products/services, and meeting sales targets.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain motivated.
