Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services (Digital Marketing , web development, etc.).
  • Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments for the business development team.
  • Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
  • Maintain call logs and prepare reports as required.


Requirements


  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer care executive preferred (IT sector experience is an advantage).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and services is desirable.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive during calls.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and maintaining data records.
