Job Description: - Role & responsibilities
- Uploading New Product/Catalogue on Gem Portal.
- Creating L1 Comparison for Direct Purchasing.
- Finding suitable Bids on Gem & E- Tender Portal.
- Participating in Bids
- Prepare Documents for E-Tendering & Gem Portal.
- Studying Tender Documents, Qualification Criteria & the Scope of work.
- Floating RFQ to various Vendors/Contractors, collecting Quotations.
- Prepare Technical & Financial Bids in Assistance with seniors.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents concerning tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
- Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-tendering on portals
- Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders
- Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order
- Prepare All Tender Documents in the specific formats related to the Bid and submit the documents within stipulated time limits.
- Prepare the submitted Bid list and update the Qualified and disqualified
- Prepare EMD Details.
- Expertise in Gem & e-procurement portals.
Qualification –
- Any Graduate Degree
- MS Office, Advanced Excel, MIS, CRM
- Open for Travel
- Hands-on Experience in Data Manipulation, Analytics, Statistics etc.
Good command of the English language & Communication
