Position: European Career Counsellor – Team Leader
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Team Leader with excellent English communication skills to join our European career counselling division.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to guide, support, and manage a recruitment team.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and hold discussions with employers and recruiters in Albania.
Review and sort CVs, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
