A Travel Executive plans, books, and manages client travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours, to meet specific preferences and budgets. This role involves providing expert advice, handling client inquiries and issues, managing bookings, maintaining accurate financial and client records, and staying updated on travel trends and regulations to deliver seamless and professional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities


  • Planning & Itinerary Creation: Design detailed travel itineraries based on client needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Booking Services: Make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving problems, and providing support throughout their travel.
  • Financial Management: Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Information & Advice: Offer expert recommendations on destinations, travel regulations, safety measures, and cultural nuances to clients.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Compliance: Ensure all arrangements adhere to company policies, client requirements, and travel advisories.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, new destinations, and tourism developments to enhance services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
