Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Promote and sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, and other travel services.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, visas, insurance, and other travel-related needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, new destinations, and promotional offers.
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and after-sales service.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
