We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Travel Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other B2B clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and bookings.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Promote and sell Journeys Exotica’s travel packages and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Travel Planning & Consultation:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, packages, pricing, and inclusions.
  • Upsell services like premium accommodations, excursions, and transportation.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay informed about the latest travel trends, competitive offerings, and market demands.
  • Suggest innovative sales and marketing strategies to capture new clients.
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
  • Handle client queries, modifications, and complaints efficiently.


Requirements:


  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or DMC industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations like Thailand, Dubai, and Kashmir.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
