- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and design thinking
- Understanding of conversion optimization and user psychology
- Experience designing for multiple industries and target audiences
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion psychology
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and heat mapping tools
- Experience in A/B testing design variations
