We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven expertise in online bidding and business development. The ideal candidate should be experienced on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

• Identify, bid, and secure relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other freelance platforms
  
• Generate and convert leads into long-term business partnerships
  
• Draft compelling proposals and negotiate to close high-value deals
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
  
• Collaborate with technical & design teams for customized solutions
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets
  

• Proven track record as an Online Bidder / BDE in IT, software, or 3D creative services
  
• Strong expertise in Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
  
• Ability to manage the complete cycle from proposal writing to deal closure
  
• Highly self-driven, ambitious, and result-oriented
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
