Job Summary:
The Vice President – Sales is responsible for leading and developing the strategic sales direction of the hotel or hotel group. This role ensures the achievement of revenue targets through effective sales strategies, market positioning, client relationship management, and team leadership. The VP Sales will oversee all hotel sales functions, including corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), leisure, and group sales, driving top-line performance across all properties.
