- Edit and create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and full-length YouTube videos.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
- Work closely with the branch manager, content and marketing team to produce visually appealing and trend-driven videos.
- Manage video assets and organize footage efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Research trending video styles and suggest innovative ideas to improve video performance.
- Advanced knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube video formats, trends, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work (mandatory).
