We are looking for a detail-oriented

• Create and manage sales orders, delivery documents, and customer invoices in SAP SD/MM.
  
• Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely billing based on goods movement.
  
• Validate goods issue (GI) entries and ensure correct posting in SAP before billing.
  
• Track and maintain billing-related documents such as delivery challans, gate passes, and PODs.
  
• Resolve discrepancies between physical dispatch and system records.
  
• Work closely with the inventory and finance teams to ensure stock reconciliation aligns with billing.
  
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly billing and dispatch reports.
  
• Ensure GST, E-way bills, and other statutory compliance in all billing transactions.
  
• Maintain filing and documentation for audits and internal compliance.
  
• Assist in month-end closing activities and provide billing data for reporting.
  

• Bachelor�s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1�3 years of experience in billing or logistics operations, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (SD/MM) modules is a must.
  
• Good understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory movement, and goods dispatch processes.
  
• Familiarity with GST, E-invoicing, and E-way bill processes.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  

• SAP SD/MM certification or formal training.
  
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or third-party warehouse (3PL) operations.
  
• Familiarity with barcode scanning, handheld devices, or WMS integrations with SAP.
