- Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Experience: 4 – 7 years in warehouse operations, preferably in tyre or rubber manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with raw material, in-process, and finished goods handling specific to tyre production
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication, team management, and coordination skills
- Supervise and manage warehouse employees and daily operations in a tyre manufacturing environment
- Oversee inventory accuracy of raw materials, in-process components, and finished tyres
- Ensure safety protocols and industry compliance (ISO/OSHA standards) are strictly followed
- Coordinate receiving of raw materials, storage, and timely dispatch of finished tyres
- Maintain precise inventory records and documentation for audits and quality checks
- Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams for smooth workflow
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to optimize productivity and maintain FIFO/LIFO as per tyre manufacturing standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to resolve discrepancies
