D2R Wedding Company is seeking a

You will be the primary point of contact for couples, managing their expectations, providing expert guidance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring each wedding is executed flawlessly , while nurturing client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Act as the main point of contact for all clients throughout the planning journey.
  
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with couples and their families.
  
• Conduct regular check-ins and provide updates on planning progress.
  
• Gather feedback and ensure complete client satisfaction.
  
• Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  

• Understand client vision, style, and budget to create tailored wedding concepts.
  
• Develop detailed timelines, checklists, and event schedules.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  
• Conduct site visits and create event layouts.
  
• Oversee event-day logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  

• Meet potential clients, conduct consultations, and present proposals.
  
• Work with marketing teams to convert leads from campaigns into confirmed bookings.
  
• Promote add-on services and upsell packages to maximize revenue.
  

• Maintain CRM records of client communications, preferences, and booking status.
  
• Track and report on client satisfaction scores and repeat/referral business.
  
• Collaborate with management on strategy to improve customer experience.
  

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Event Management, Hospitality, or Business is a plus).
  
• 1–3 years of experience in wedding planning, client servicing, or event management.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple weddings at once.
  
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and event planning software is an advantage.
  
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
