- Inbound & Outbound Management:Handling incoming goods, verifying them against documents, and coordinating the timely dispatch of orders.
- Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate stock levels, performing stock audits, and resolving discrepancies within the Uniware platform.
- Order Processing:Processing orders from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Platform Coordination:Monitoring orders, cancellations, and statuses on multiple e-commerce dashboards, and updating inventory accordingly.
- Returns Management:Processing returns, verifying returned items, and managing related disputes.
- Software Proficiency:Proficiently using Uniware by Unicommerce for inventory and order management, along with advanced Excel for record keeping.
- Warehouse Standards:Ensuring warehouse hygiene, proper labeling, and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Coordination:Liaising with the sales/order processing team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Software Expertise:Hands-on experience with Uniware is essential, with proficiency in MS Excel also required.
- Inventory Management Skills:A detailed understanding of stock management, counting, and resolving discrepancies.
- E-commerce Knowledge:Familiarity with e-commerce order processes and platforms.
- Communication & Coordination:Strong coordination and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and platforms.
- Attention to Detail:Keen observation skills are needed to identify missing items and verify counts.
