Avantor is seeking a Workday Analyst with expertise in Workday Security configuration to join our HR Technology team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access frameworks within Workday to protect sensitive HR data and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that enable business operations while minimizing risk.

The HR Technology team partners with HR and business leaders across the globe to deliver scalable and innovative solutions that advance the business. As part of this dynamic group, you will focus on Security configuration while also gaining exposure to interconnected systems and modules such as Absence, Advanced Compensation, People Analytics, and ServiceNow HRSD.
