Falakata is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Abacus Instructor to join our academic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to enhancing students’ cognitive and arithmetic skills through Abacus training.- Conduct structured Abacus classes in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Train students in mental arithmetic, speed and accuracy enhancement, and concentration techniques.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide personalized guidance for improvement.
- Foster a disciplined, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Assist in organizing Abacus assessments, workshops, and student demonstrations.
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Education or Mathematics background preferred).
- Certification in Abacus teaching will be an added advantage.
- Candidates without prior experience but willing to undergo professional training may also apply.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and/or regional languages.
- Energetic, patient, and passionate about teaching young learners.
- Prior experience in handling children will be considered a plus.
