motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team and guide students toward successful careers in healthcare and paramedical fields. You will be the bridge between aspiring learners and their dream courses.- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
- Counsel students and parents about available courses and career paths
- Guide students through admission procedures and documentation
- Follow up with potential leads for conversion
- Maintain and update student records and CRM systems
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for student onboarding
- Assist in seminars, webinars, and admission drives
- Graduation in any discipline (Education/Healthcare background preferred)
- 1�3 years of experience in student counseling or academic advising
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and WhatsApp Business
